Liz G Schultz

Trial & Appellate Attorney

I handle criminal cases, driver’s license restoration, and school disciplinary hearings in Philly and Bucks County. I graduated with honors and a Certificate in Trial Advocacy from the #1 law school in the country for Trial Advocacy, Temple Law. I fight for my clients’ rights creatively and zealously, and have spent thousands of hours in the courtroom. I have represented more than 5,000 clients in DUIs, domestic violence cases, and a wide variety of misdemeanors and felonies at all stages: from arraignment through trial, probation and parole violation hearings, state parole revocation, and appeals at the Superior Court and Supreme Court levels. I regularly represent people with unique concerns, such complex, multi-county warrants and detainers and immigration concerns.

I have an aggressive and creative motions practice when appropriate—I am always down to rumble in the courtroom!

Above all, I take pride in my commitment to ethics and communication with my clients. I will tell you if it wouldn’t be appropriate for me to handle your case, in which case I’ll refer you to someone who can. I do not tell my clients what to do with their lives: I listen, explain the process, help understand options and their risks and benefits, and answer questions while you decide what to do. Within minutes of meeting me, many of my clients remark that it’s clear how much I care and love my job.

One client recently told me: “I’ve paid every lawyer. I tell everyone: I couldn’t have paid for what you did for me.”
